All Pine Mountain Ranch Buffalo meat is wrapped in white butcher paper (with a plastic inner-liner) to protect it from the harmful effects of UV rays, which can remove nutrients and flavor from the meat.

All orders are shipped weekly on Monday via US Postal Service 2 Day Air (USPS doesn't gaurantee 2nd day delivery to some locations)
A 10% discount on meat will be given at the ranch store on orders over $100.00 picked-up directly. Call ranch for store hours (541) 312-0185 -(hours change seasonally).
