Our Portland customers will be able to pick up their boxes at any one of the markets we do in the area on Saturdays and Sundays all year long.  Our local customers can pick up directly at the ranch or at the Bend Farmers Markets on Wednesdays and Fridays. 

 CSA Boxes :  Cost Per Box $50.00

Box A - one whole chicken (approx 3.5 to 3.75 lbs), one pound ground buffalo, one pound ground yak, one pound Sweet Italian Sausage

Box B - two chicken halves (approx 3.3 lbs), one pound ground buffalo, one pound ground yak, one pound Sweet Italian Sausage

Box C - one whole chicken (approx 3.75 lbs),  2 pounds of ground beef, Beef Short Ribs (approx 2 lbs), 1 lb Beef Sirloin Tip Steak

Stock Box - $25 - Assortment of soup bone, marrow bone, chicken necks and backs.

Cost Per Box $100:

Box D - two whole chickens (approx 3.75 lbs each), 7 pounds ground buffalo and/or yak.
